Creating an account is quick and easy! Simply download the app and tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" on the login screen. We use secure authentication through these trusted providers, so you don't need to remember another password.

After signing in, you'll complete a brief onboarding to set up your profile, including your username, display name, workout preferences, and optional personal records.

Tap the "+" button on the home screen to log a new workout. You can:

  • Choose a workout type: Benchmark (like Fran, Murph), WOD, Strength, AMRAP, or custom workouts
  • Enter your results: Time, weight, rounds, or reps depending on the workout type
  • Add notes: Record how you felt or any modifications you made
  • Track PRs: The app automatically detects and celebrates your Personal Records!

Your workout is saved instantly and appears in your history and the social feed.

Yes! Your data automatically syncs across all your devices. Simply sign in with the same account (Apple or Google) on any device, and all your workouts, personal records, and profile information will be there. No manual syncing required.

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to support@workouttracker.fitness with the subject "Delete my WorkoutTracker account."

Please include your registered email address so we can verify your identity. We'll process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.

This action is permanent and will remove all your workouts, personal records, and profile information.
